The customers we dealt with would become so angry and desperate they would literally harass and threaten us. It's illogical to believe you can get anything substantial for the mere $75 service fee the customer pays, which, in most cases, is all we could charge for the entire service call. Hence, the denials, long wait times and band aid repairs.
